At Healaeu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refund and returns policy for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at HealaeU@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product.
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
